For me, this work depicts humanity in its full maturity, on its way to the Source of its origin.
A human being who dares to sink into themselves, who allows themselves to be carried along on the flow of what life is — gentle, honest and unpredictable like the moon itself.
Cranes are messengers of peace and happiness and symbolise wisdom, health, loyalty and long life. In some cultures, such as Japan, the crane is associated with a wish for peace when 1,000 origami cranes are folded.
